Brickfields Bakery flour is milled by FPM Cereal Milling Systems, a family-owned flour mill located in Tamworth. Our wheat is sustainably sourced from fourth-generation family farms in the GOLDEN TRIANGLE, between Croppa Creek, North Star and Goondiwindi.

This area is renowned for its high quality prime hard wheat, ideally suited for making high-protein flour.

Store at ambient temperature in an airtight bag until Best Before date.

Store frozen for up to 3 months. We recommend freezing on the day of purchase.
